All those who are tracking the Rafale deal may kindly note that this case was filed in France by an NGO called ‘Sherpa’ and in India, it is Congress who is politicizing it. To clearly understand the vested interests of various parties involved, let us have a close look at this NGO and its sources of funds which will talk by itself.

As per the website of Sherpa, they receive active funding support from the Sigrid Rausing Trust (SRT) and the Charles Léopold Meyer Foundation for the Progress of Humankind (FPH). Let us have a quick look at the background of SRT and FPH.

As per Sigrid Rausing Trust (SRT) website, two of their Trustees are linked to the Open Society Foundations of George Soros. Ms. Mabel van Oranje is a Trustee of SRT and a member of the (advisory) board of Open Society Foundations. Mr. Chris Stone is a Trustee of SRT and served as president of the Open Society Foundations (2012-2017)

As per the website of Charles Léopold Meyer Foundation for the Progress of Humankind (FPH), it is funded by three other NGOs namely EDGE Funders, European Foundation Centre (EFC), and Ariadne. The websites of these three funders of FPH who funding Sherpa are also linked to Open Society Foundations of George Soros.

As you can see, the Open Society Foundations of George Soros is the common factor here. Don’t forget the fact that he is the one who openly declared a fight against Mr. Narendra Modi during the World Economic Forum at Davos 2020 for taking a strong stand to protect the interest of our nation.

It is also worth noting that Ms. Amrit Singh, the daughter of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, was featured in the leadership section of Open Society Foundation’s website as one their Director (Accountability Liberty & Transparency) who “directs the project on national security and counterterrorism at the Open Society Justice Initiative.”. Shiv Shankar Menon, the National Security Adviser of India during the UPA regime, sits on the Board of one NGO along with George Soros. Furthermore, Harsh Mander, who was on the National Advisory Council formed by Sonia Gandhi, is also the Chairman of George Soros’s Open Society Foundation’s Human Rights Initiative Advisory Board. These are ample examples to establish the Congress party’s links with Open Society Foundation and George Soros. In fact, there is more evidence available

So, it is high time to stand with our county instead of dancing to the tune of these NGOs, the New York Times, or Twitter which are funded by George Soros. WE ARE NOT ‘SOLD OUT.
