Three high level talks have taken place between Indian and United states establishments as PM modi has also spoken to President Biden separately. Late January Foreign Minister Rajnath Singh has spoken to his American counter part Austin; Later NSA Doval has also spoken to counterpart in United States Sullivan and the latest is Foreign minister Jaishankar speaking to Sec of state Blinken .
